Stadium DSA Documents: Plans and Specifications

  • The Division of the State Architect (DSA) provides design and construction oversight for K–12 schools and other education and state-owned and leased facilities. The division also develops accessibility, structural safety and historical building codes and standards utilized in various public and private buildings throughout California.


    As part of SRCS’ process, plans and specifications for the San Rafael High School Stadium Project were submitted to and approved by DSA. Documents were submitted and approved in three increments. All files can be viewed using links below.

    Increment 1

    Includes plans and specifications for the track and artificial turf, foundations, utilities, parking and landscaping.
