  We have not seen this included in any of our other L-LB document post Davis.
  Response:
  The law regarding Lease-leaseback contracting was changed significantly by AB 2316, effective January 1, 2017. Among changes in the new law was the provision that both preliminary services and construction phase services can be entered into by a single contract, with a pricing amendment issued after Division of the State Architect approval of the design documents.
