At its Tuesday, May 28, 2024 regular board meeting, the Board of Trustees approved a conceptual design of the San Pedro Elementary School field, and entered into a design contract with Verde Design with an anticipated construction schedule of February - August 2025.

Site Facilities Committee

Critical to the success of the site work is collaboration with the school communities. San Pedro has a Site Facilities Committee that is currently meeting to lead in the project design, details and planning for implementation for the school's bond program work.
The Site Facilities Committee is made up of teachers, staff, parents and community members. They are joined by the project team, including architects, engineers, project and/or construction managers and school and District staff, in guiding the design and planning work at the school.
